Track Your Order

When we dispatch the item, an email confirmation will be sent. This email includes a unique number that allows your customer to track their purchase. Please see Track Your Order.

If you batch upload orders, we will send a csv tracking data file that you can conveniently integrate into your own system.

For orders placed before 6:00 PM on a working day, we will endeavour to ship out the following working day. We are proud of our very high rate of success in having items shipped within 24hrs.

Please note that orders placed on a Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday. Weekends and all Public holidays are not classed as a business day.

Undeliverable Items

In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us due to inaccurate address or product not deliverable, our customer service representatives will contact you via email. A redelivery fee may apply.
